"Nature to me is like therapy."
Adamie Philie, Inuit
When Adamie Phillie studies in the South, he misses the nature of the North, with its endless landscapes, partridges, geese and caribou. When things aren’t going well in his life or he feels imprisoned in his village surrounded by snow, he escapes. He takes the road to Akulivik, stops not far from an inukshuk and contemplates the landscape. When he comes home, he’s happy, and if he goes hunting, his whole family shares his joy. He brings back food, the meals will be good!
