"I learned a lot about our culture."
Sandie Germain, Mi'qmaq
Kiuna College in Odanak is more than an Indigenous post-secondary education institution. It’s a stimulating living environment for its students from all over Quebec. The training they receive covers many horizons. It links the history of the First Peoples to their current political, social and cultural realities. In an environment conducive to exchanges and learning, it provides young people with the opportunity to affirm their identity and demonstrate leadership. "It's a place to get to know yourself and learn from others," says Sandie Germain.
